Welcome to Eventmalls.com, a multi-vendor online ticket marketplace that enables users to discover, buy, sell, and manage event tickets.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Company Information

Throughout these Terms, "Eventmalls.com," "Platform," "we," "our," or "Company" refers to Event Tickets Sàrl.

2. Purpose

These Terms govern:

Access to and use of Eventmalls.com;
The purchase and sale of event tickets;
Vendor and organizer participation;
User accounts and marketplace services;
The rights and responsibilities of buyers, sellers, organizers, and visitors.

3. Marketplace Services

Eventmalls.com operates solely as a technology platform that connects:

👥 Buyers and event attendees

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Eventmalls.com:

is not the organizer of any event;
is not the seller of tickets;
does not control or guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability, or accuracy of events listed by third parties.

Each Vendor is solely responsible for its events, ticket inventory, pricing, event management, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.

5. Sign in with Google

Eventmalls.com offers the option to sign in using Google OAuth.

When you choose Google Sign-In:

We access only the information you explicitly authorize.
Your Google Account is used solely for authentication and account management.
We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google data unless you explicitly authorize additional permissions.
We never post to your Google Account without your consent.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-requested features, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
You may revoke Eventmalls.com's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

6. Vendor Accounts

Vendors may be required to complete:

Identity verification (KYC)
Business verification
Banking verification
Fraud prevention screening

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or permanently terminate Vendor accounts whenever necessary to:

Protect users;
Prevent fraud;
Comply with applicable laws;
Maintain Platform integrity.

7. Ticket Purchases

Purchasing tickets generally includes:

Selecting an event;
Choosing ticket quantity or Vendor;
Reviewing your order;
Accepting these Terms;
Completing secure payment.

Orders become final after successful payment authorization.

Electronic tickets are delivered according to each event's configuration.

8. Pricing and Payments

Ticket prices are determined by individual Vendors.

The Platform may charge:

Service fees;
Processing fees;
Marketplace commissions.

Prices may vary between Vendors offering similar events.

Payments are processed securely by authorized third-party payment providers.

9. Vendor Responsibilities

Each Vendor is solely responsible for:

Event information accuracy;
Ticket availability;
Pricing;
Event organization and execution;
Event cancellation or postponement;
Customer support;
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Eventmalls.com does not guarantee the reliability, quality, or performance of any Vendor.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends primarily on:

The Vendor's refund policy; and
Applicable consumer protection laws.

Where permitted, Eventmalls.com may facilitate communications or payment processing for refunds but does not guarantee refunds for Vendor-controlled events unless required by law.

11. Ticket Resale

Ticket resale is permitted only when:

Authorized by the event organizer or applicable law; and
Allowed under Platform policies.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Fraudulent tickets;
Duplicate tickets;
Counterfeit tickets;
Misleading listings;
Artificial price manipulation.

Listings violating these rules may be removed without prior notice.

12. Fraud Prevention

To protect users and maintain Platform security, Eventmalls.com may:

Monitor transactions;
Verify user identities;
Delay Vendor payouts when necessary;
Suspend suspicious accounts;
Cancel fraudulent transactions;
Restrict abusive users.

Fraudulent activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

13. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

Logos;
Software;
Designs;
Databases;
Graphics;
Text;
Images;
Trademarks;

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from Eventmalls.com or the applicable rights holder.

14. User Content

Users and Vendors retain ownership of the content they submit.

By publishing content on Eventmalls.com, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the Platform.

You represent that your content:

Is accurate;
Does not infringe third-party rights;
Complies with applicable laws;
Does not contain illegal, harmful, misleading, or fraudulent material.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Where applicable, Google Account information obtained through Google OAuth is used exclusively for authentication and providing requested services. It is never sold or used for unauthorized purposes.

16. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services, including:

Google Sign-In;
Payment providers;
Email delivery services;
Analytics services;
Fraud prevention tools.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

17. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that:

Violates these Terms;
Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities;
Threatens Platform security;
Harasses or abuses other users;
Attempts to circumvent Platform policies.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventmalls.com makes no warranties regarding:

Continuous availability;
Error-free operation;
Event quality;
Vendor performance;
Ticket availability.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eventmalls.com shall not be liable for:

Event cancellations or postponements;
Vendor misconduct;
Losses arising from third-party services;
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
Lost profits, revenue, or business interruptions.

Our liability is strictly limited to our role as a technology marketplace.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on the Platform.

Your continued use of Eventmalls.com after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations before legal proceedings are initiated.
